Zero lock-in. The chat proxy is a thin wrapper around your existing OpenAI-compatible client — drop the wrapper, your code keeps working. ConsensusEngine runs proposal voting at five levels (SIMPLE_MAJORITY, QUALIFIED_MAJORITY, UNANIMOUS, WEIGHTED_VOTE, ADAPTIVE_THRESHOLD) with quorum-aware finalisation. Per-agent attribution at retrieval surfaces cross-agent fact contradictions instead of returning one of the two at random. Deterministic replay across the entire agent fleet, within a release.

Healthcare is our day-1 reference implementation because that is where our first lead landed; the other four are pattern-mapped, with automotive at the architecture-conversation stage. The Semvec + Cortex + Neo4j primitives are industry-agnostic.
